Which plan do singles event hosts need?
Pro, for the guest list, invitations, check-in, the guest event page and end-of-night picks. Studio includes all of Pro plus your own domain for event pages and guest links. Basic covers bigger games without the event around them.
What makes an event different from a room?
A room is one game. An event brings the whole night together: invitations, check-in, games and end-of-night picks on each guest’s event page. Look for Event features in the plan above.
What does a paid plan add?
Larger rooms and more time together. Icebreaker links let groups start their own rooms from one link. Your branding reaches every room your guests join, and full insights show you how your rooms went.
Do you charge per guest?
No. Guests never pay. The plan belongs to whoever runs the room, billed monthly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first paid plan is free for 14 days. Plans are monthly and in USD only, and there’s no annual plan.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a card at checkout, through Stripe. Nothing is charged that day.
When am I charged?
On day 15, at the normal monthly price: $9 for Basic, $29 for Pro, or $49 for Studio. Your welcome email gives the date your trial ends, and Stripe sends a reminder about 7 days before.
How do I cancel during the trial?
From the billing page in your dashboard. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. You keep the plan until the trial ends.
Can I have more than one free trial?
No. It’s one trial per account. If you’ve had a paid plan or a free trial before, even one you cancelled, billing starts on day one.
Can I change plans during the trial?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan keeps your original trial end date. A move to a lower plan takes effect when the trial ends.
Do guests need an account?
No. In standalone rooms they join with a code or QR and pick a name. At an event, they use their personal email link.
Does Kemisu sell tickets or run rotations?
No. Keep your own ticketing and floor format. Kemisu handles the games, the guest event page, check-in and end-of-night picks.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. From your dashboard’s billing page. It shows your subscription, renewal date and the options to change or cancel. A cancelled plan keeps its features until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. Payment details and invoices are handled by Stripe.
