kemisu

A little chemistry, a little sweet.

Kemisu is a pair of games and an event page that help people who have just met start talking. Conferences, team offsites, onboarding days, the Friday mixer.

Guests join from their own phone. No app to install, no account to make, nothing to pay.

kemisu

noun

A chemistry pick-me-up. Something sweet that gets people talking.

From kemi, chemistry, and -su, as in tiramisù.

Two words.
One feeling.

Kemisu is an invented word, so it means what we make it mean. Here is what we mean by it.

Kemi

Chemistry. In Korean slang, 케미 (kemi) is the spark between two people, the easy back-and-forth when you just get along.

In Thai, เคมี (khemi) is the everyday word for chemistry, so it reads straight away in Bangkok too.

-su

A pick-me-up. The ending comes from tiramisù, which in Italian means “pick me up”.

Something sweet you share at the end of a meal, when the conversation is already flowing.

What we
hold to.

Nobody signs up to play
Guests join with a six-character code or a QR and pick a name. No account, no app, no password.
Guests never pay
Plans belong to whoever runs the room. Nothing a guest does ever costs them anything, and nobody shows them an upgrade.
Made for a room, not a desk
People are standing, moving, holding a drink. Everything is sized for one thumb and readable at arm’s length.
Hosting can be passed on
Host is a role, not a person. If the host steps away, someone else can pick it up and keep the conversation going.
Your brand, still readable
Organisers bring their colours, font and logo. Every palette is checked for contrast first, because guests can’t fix a screen they can’t read.
Calm on purpose
Talking to strangers is awkward enough. The screens stay plain and quiet, so the people are the interesting part.
